Strength is an important component of healthy bodies. Strength does not mean body building, but it can. Strength at Innervation Lab means having the ability to move your body with resistance. The resistance can be the weight of your limb; gravity or a dumbbell. Our Strength classes will teach you how to move your body safely with some resistance to build on your strength.
